Listing a bag

Hello, I’m thinking of listing a bag. It will need to be authenticated. Is it my understanding that I list the item 1st and then when the buyer buys it it’s sent to eBay to get authenticated and then sent to buyer if it is proven to be authentic?

I mean, how am I supposed to list it and I want it authenticated during the listing?

If it meets the qualifications for being authenticated, it will be added to the listing automatically as being sent through authentication after purchase.  You just need to list it, and see if it is qualified if you put in all the details correctly.
