Can you list an item like a "knock off" Burberry purse if you do not claim it to be Authentic? Can you list it as "Burberry Like" ? I see lots of different listings, some stating Authentic, others not using the term.

No. You can’t sell knock offs and you can’t keyword spam.

It either IS, or it ISN'T.
If you don't know the authenticity, don't list it.

If it says Burberry (or Berberry or Burbery or Bruberry, etc) and it's not a Burberry, then it is illegal to sell as it's counterfeit.
A knock-off is actually a different thing.
And No - you cannot say "Burberry like" for a knock-off. That's search manipulation/keyword spamming.

A prestige brand like Burberry is a very good bet to be a member of eBay's VeRO program, which allows trademark holders to police eBay listings for violations of their IP rights.
You might as well bend over and ask Burberry to spank you.

No you can't. It violates eBay policy - and the law - on several levels.
