Listing Templates

I have been unable to update my listing templates for a few days now.  I can access and edit the template, but it will just keep spinning and saying "Saving Template", but never actually saves it.  Anyone else having this issue or know anything about it?

Im not sure i have the same problem as you guys, because im a new on ebay, but when i try to save listing, its just a second of loading and then circle just dissapeared. And after that i havent get any notice kind of "your listing is saved" and its very dissapointing. Anyway, i hope velvet@ebay `s solving will help me. My ID @matroshka-2

Hey @matroshka-2! I think you do have something else going on because I don't even see a selling account yet. I would encourage you to contact Customer Support if you're running into issues setting up your selling account/passing verification steps.

I've gone ahead and added the others ( @papertique @books.stuff @pjcdn2005 and @lilyplant1957 ) that have reported running into the listing template issue though and as @jthole mentioned, I've seen some on other threads say the same thing worked for them. It may be worth a try in the meantime.

February 3, 2022 8:45 am ET: I'm having this problem again.  Trying to create/update templates and it just hangs on the "saving template" pop up.

eBay never should have gotten rid of TurboLister.  I find the web-based template to constantly be glitchy.  Nothing like working on three paragraphs of an item description, only to lose them.

I am now having this same issue! VERY frustrating! Come on eBay, if you want that money FIX this issue already? We can't sell as quick if it's not working, and i refuse to go back to 1995 and manually enter every single piece of data on my sports cards, way too much info!!

This happened to me some time ago, too.  Just now I revised a template and it went right through. Then I revised a second and it just hung up with the "donut of death" spinning circle. 😞  They're just gonna let me revise one a day, or what?

Same for me.  Spinning circle "Saving template..."  I am not selling anything until this is fixed.  Can't waste time keying the same info 70-100 times.

I am suddenly having this issue too. I cannot create new templates, make copies of existing templates, or edit them.

I have had the same issue for a week or two.  Once I let it run while I did something else.  An hour or two later, it was still trying to save the template.  Just curious.  How can something that worked so well for so long suddenly fail?  It is one thing if Ebay cannot do something it has never done.  Something else entirely when it cannot do something that it did well in the past.  I don't understand how Ebay can permit features like templates and Search to lose functionality.

Make sure you contact eBay if you are having this problem.  They are aware of the issue, but the more people that are added to their list the faster they will fix it.

I called earlier today about my Draft buffering. The lady said she was rushing my ticket because I worked 2 hours finishing the draft so i could finally list it today.  That was almost 3 hours ago and my draft is still buffering.  I am adding a screenshot for you. I am trying to get this set listed ASAP.
