When trying to create a listing template from one of my current listings I keep getting a "Template name is mandatory" error (see photo) after trying a variety of unique names - I don't currently have anywhere near the 50 template maximum, so I know that's not the problem - anybody know what this is about?
Are you trying to put in any extra characters [non letters]. Maybe try just putting in ABC and see if it takes it.
Then you need to report this problem to Ebay so they can get it fixed. When you talk with them, they will have to create a ticket number to report the glitch. Make sure you write down that ticket number so that you can call for updates if needed.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
