Listing Quality Report?

I'm trying to find my listing quality report and it's simply not where it should be. Did this go away? Will it be back?

Why do they need to provide that when they provide you with the option of using Promoted Listings?? My guess is thats why they got rid of it - If you are worried about whether or not your item will sell, or why it isnt selling, just pump up PL's to that "recommended" rate of 15 or so percent and viola! you're in business - If that doesnt work, they made sure to take good care of their sellers by allowing them to pump up the rate to 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% or LOTS MORE, because they "heard you"...

@slippinjimmy  that is old and now incorrect information - they were going to deprecate it at that time, but backtracked and kept it active.

@fabfamfashion  the listing quality report has been missing off and on for some sellers for months now. Back in February, one of the eBay employees here in the community said it was a technical issue and provided a ticket number to reference when contacting support.

We've been trying to get an update on this thread ever since, but so far it has been radio silence.
