Listing Promotions

I have a Buy One Get Free Promotion on multiple listing and they appear on the eBay website but not in the eBay app. I tried checking as guest and no promotion shows up in my eBay listing on the app just on the website. I know this works for mobile because I’ve seen other sellers with their promotions under their listing. I provided a screenshot.

Frequently inefficient, inaccurate, and limted with lots of problems reported.  It should be avoided.

Your Buy one Get one is showing in your screen shot under your writing (My Listing)

The marketing department at Ebay has decided that it is a good idea to put the promotional offer information at the bottom of every page. I've checked your listings and they are showing but only to customers who take the time to go to the very bottom of your listing. Also if they add one to the cart it will show in the cart. It is riduclous that anyone with knowledge of marketing would think this is good for the seller's bottom line or eBay's.
