Listing Page View from Outside eBay

As the title states. How do you get listing pages view from outside eBay. 
Are these from links to your listings on google ?

Is there any ways to drive more traffic for this stat ?

Is there a specific type of listing that will be added to google, or any way to get your listings on google ? What contributes to this?

Any help appreciated as I have never really looked into this metric before

From outside ebay would be search engines ie. google/bing.

No way to change this for ebay listings (for website, takes nothing but 'time' and you can pay adwords). 

Google uses SEO (Search Engine Optimization), which is the way words are used in a description. Because 1 item can be search 1000 different ways by 1000 different people, "keywords" are used. 

Search '1985 Toyota Camry alternator'; you will get all types of parts for a Toyota, Toyota cars etc. on the 1st page. Ebay is there, click and then it's back to however ebays search has items shown. 

That's why it called 'surfing' the web- cuz you just need to spend hours crazing to find what you want. The net is overloaded by x1000000 times over.

Sources of outside traffic come from many places, like social media, publishers websites, paid ads by ebay, search engines, etc.

You can get more page views from outside sources by sharing your listings on social media, which also improves indexing in Google search. Google crawls many social platforms, but the one they crawl the most is Twitter. Engagement on social posts can also increase relevance and improve ranking with both Twitter and Google.
