Dear experts,
As a seller I've really extra helped to a spesific new buyer.
I want to ask him if he can leave me feedback.
1. Is it legitimate to send the buyer eBay message?
2. Is there any option that I can generate a direct link for the buyer, there he can leave feedback fir this specific putchase?

Did you leave the buyer feedback? If you did, then they should see a message on their purchase history: "The seller left feedback. After you receive your item, leave feedback for the seller." If that message is not enough to get them to leave you feedback, maybe you are just not going to get it from that seller.
If you really want to message buyers and request feedback, it might be a good idea do do it when you confirm the item has been shiped. Example: "Thank you for your order. Your item has been shipped. After you receive the item, please consider leaving us feedback".

Thanks for your advice.
Do you know how may I create a direct link to give the buyer in order to leave the feedback?

It's never a good idea to ask for feedback. It's like nagging a teenager to clean their room, and many will resent it. Then you could get feedback that you really wish you hadn't.
While you really helped this buyer, that can turn around quickly if you annoy them. Buyer may simply feel you did your job as expected; he may not think you did anything spectacular or out of the ordinary. Sometimes people don't think the way we think they should, and many times people aren't appreciated the way they should be. Just a fact of life.
Most recommend not soliciting feedback for just these reasons.
Old Board saying, Don't poke the sleeping bear.
If your buyer wants to leave you feedback, he will.

That is not possible.
Interesting.
I bought something from a seller and he did indeed send me an email asking for feedback on the transaction. Said email contained a link that opened the feedback page for that transaction.
To original poster: Most of the people that post here will advise, let sleeping dogs lie, or something similar. Some will see an affront to them personally that someone asked - makes them feel like a child or something.
Consider all opinions and then decide what works for you. You can always try something for a while, see if it works and adjust later.
From what I understand only 40+% of buyers leave feedback. This seems to follow my experience. New buyers are the most lax, buyers with HIGH FB scores appear to be the most diligent.
