You are done selling here. You cannot sell fakes, so you were banned.

It sounds like you were selling a hacked item. That's a big no no on ebay and on paypal. It's like you were selling pirated items. Unfortunatelly you won't be able to create another paypal account or at least one for selling.
If you do create a new paypal account and start selling, they will limit your account again because it woiuld be associated to your other account. I wish I could be more positive but it's a worst case scenatio you're in.

OP,
Can you tell us exactly why PayPal limited your account?
Did they tell you it was because you were selling a device with software loaded on it that provides free access to streaming content that is only supposed to be available to those with a subscription?

You are in UK? Might be better to ask on their board, as there may be limitations we don't know about here in US

BEWARE OF SELLING Amazon FIRE TV STICKS JAILBROKEN!! BEWARE.
Not sure if anyone can hear my small voice. I was banned from PayPal for selling AMAZON FIRE TV STICKS through eBay. PayPal is holding my funds, $11,000. Before selling these I contacted eBay customer service and was told by eBay team members, that eBay had no restrictions, or issues with the Amazon fire TV sticks being sold on their website. There are numerous sellers who have over 1000 to 7000 sold and are still able to sell these through eBay and transfer funds through PayPal's payment system and have not been limited till this day. I also contacted PayPal about these items. The PayPal limitation department members also had different answers about how to sell Amazon fire TV sticks. Some of them said it was fine to sell Amazon fire TV sticks just with Kodi media center. Some of them said it was not. Some were just unaware completely. Kodi media center is a open source free software which can be loaded on a Amazon Fire TV Stick, and allows users who are register to the Amazon Fire TV Stick to then stream content. I made it my responsibility to contact eBay and PayPal in regards to what could be sold on eBay's website and payments. But, I was mislead, Now, I'm confused! and not one person in both companies could give me a straight answer. I had a very mature PayPal account for 5 years, with no history of being a risk to PayPal, and was treated like a criminal, being interrogated for something that I was told was completely fine. If I had the power or money, I would sue both companies. I'm sure that my rights were violated in some kind of way. PayPal is holding my funds for 180 days base on a bank policy. Its unfair to dedicated sellers as I, who cared so deeply about all customers and repeated customers who supported me, and loved my service. I had a very good reputation and now I've lost the urge to even sell. I work 9-5, and try to make extra funds the right way. Thanks eBay & PayPal for giving me a wonderful experience as a dedicated seller.

Did Amazon do a VERO takedown? I could see that happening.

If those aren't your listings, your post here may be deleted.

Most sellers don't know that PayPal also has a list of restricted items you are not allowed to offer for sale.
And many sellers do not realize that eBay's user agreement says that they can end any listing - or otherwise deny any seller the use of eBay - at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all.

Yes and this a problem. eBay and PayPal should be on the same terms when it come to certain items that are not allowed. eBay allows PayPal to do whatever they want with sellers. PayPal has rights to your account, even though they claim to be separate companies. They can check your email messages and they will use them further more claim the violation. eBay allows PayPal to restrict your account if your violating and allows Paypal to hold your funds. All of this is in the eBay terms and agreement. So, why would eBay allow sellers to sell something that is completely illegal through their site, when in their terms, copyright is a violation. Now knowing this, selling firesticks loaded is condsider a copyright violation. Why hasn't eBay taken down the majority of sellers who are seling these fire sticks, and who are all violating these policys. eBay allows it! eBay lets you do it, and then when your caught by PayPal, your on your own. As I said before, I made it my responsibility before and to find out first, if these were okay to sell. eBay team members said that there isn't a problem selling these. FALSE BIGTIME! There is no communication between eBay and PayPal, I was told by a eBay supervisor. How can this be? I will keep on exposing this, to the media and social networks all around. I already contacted a news company and I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I wll also contact the BBB and try to file complaint if possible. I will try. eBay basically let me hang myself , when I made it my responsibility to check if these items were okay to sell. Now Paypal has $11,000 dollars of my funds and all buyers has there items. UNFAIR. I'm not trying to be a xxshole to everyone, but I cannot sit back and take this type off abuse lightly. This has disrupted my business dramatically and I have been label to other merchants, as having a bad business model base on the information passed on by PayPal to other merchant providers.
