CAN SOMEONE HELP ME! I have called the eBay's overseas customer service no less than 6 times over the past 3 weeks. I have been escalated to supposed higher level people 6 times. I have spoken to no less than 17 people... NOTHING HAS GOTTEN DONE! Some of my listing are not showing up during search. Two examples: I have 9 Candlestick telephones listed. If you search 'CANDLESTICK TELEPHONE' Buy It Now - Price Lowest To Highest.... you will not see any of my listings. They are all buy it now priced and the same price. NONE SHOW UP. I have many football jersey's listed - none show up when you search by team. Try it. 'ARIZONA CARDINALS JERSEY'. I have like 20 listed... none show up when you search by that.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE AT EBAY WHO CARES? It seems eBay's cheap overseas customer service are trained to to say 'Yes I see they are not showing up. I will transfer you to someone in tech support'. 'Yes, I understand' I will escalate this report to my back office'. 'I understand... someone will get back with you in a day or two'. I HAVE HEARD THAT NO LESS THAN 6 TIMES... Nothing has been fixed. No one has gotten back to me.
CAN SOMEONE HELP!

I did some searches. You are correct, your phones do not show up when using Candlestick telephone. What is interesting is that when I use advanced search and ask only to show results from you, all seven show up. So your phones are in the ebay system. When I search for candlestick telephone base, yours does sow up in normal search results,
Something in your descriptions or titles prevents ebay to show your phones. What I noticed, that most items that show up have candlestick telephone as the 2nd and 3rd word. Your listings have them 5th or 6th or at the end. This should not disqualify you but asking ebay to "help" is a waste of time.
Try to shorten the titles leave out patent numbers, don't start with Antique telephone...in some cases you mention the phone if for parts, so not usable, maybe that's why ebay leaves it out, or you have "untested" so leave this out (write such details in the description).
Because when I use Candlestick telephone parts, your phone does show up. So I am guessing ebay's AI find disqualifying words and shows only genuine working phones.
I definitely recommend to remove things like this promptly:
READ LISTING DETAILS & VIEW PHOTOS! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ THE LISTING OR VIEW THE PHOTOS! KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE BUYING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
When I see this type of AD, there is no way I would buy anything from such a seller.

Yes, but 99.9% of buyers will search price LOWEST TO HIGH - no one looks for the highest priced item, would you?

I put that there because there was a time when ebay took out the descriptions and required buyers to 'CLICK HERE FOR DECRIPTION'. Many buyers buy from their cell phones and do not bother reading the details. When someone makes their own assumption, then realizes the item is not what they expected (although exactly as described), the seller should not be responsible to pay return shipping because the buyer made the mistake. I have been on eBay since the 1990's... If that scares away buyers then they are the buyers who do not read the description. Thank You for your advice

Yes, under my ID they are all there... go to the main page and search Price Low To High and CANDLESTICK TELEPHONE... scroll down to where my priced items should be... they are not there! Same thing for my football jerseys... search 'ARIZONA CARDIANLS JERSEY' BUY IT NOW Priced low to high,... mine are price at $9.99 + $9.99 shipping ($20) scroll down and see any of mine price around $20? I dont!

And I would not be surprised if part of the programming is set to reject the seller's own items and not show them, because Search is designed for buyers and the seller is not going to be buying their own items.
I have been trying to say this for awhile.....I think there is some truth to this.........
