LISTING TOOL DOWN .. AGAIN

i wish there was a place to leave feedback ON EBAY about EBAY.. 3 days and lets me get half my new listing done and then says " OOPS SORRY ... OUR LISTING TOOL  IS DOWN.. TRY AGAIN LATER.."

THE AUTOMATED BOT. IS OF ZERO HELP as it to is DOWN ... keeps saying " have a rep call you back " and some other option.. I say "YES" and it says "SORRY I DONT UNDERSTAND"  w t h.

i HAVE OVER 1.3 MILLION  dollars in inventory and I can not list a dimes worth on EBAY.. starting to understand why  the views are down from last year along with selling inventory.  They have made what USE  to be simple and quick to do listing to a COMPLETE  NIGHTMEAR,,, I am beyond frustrated.  EBAY does not even have an EMAIL ADDRESS to send an email to to ask questions or to inform them there system is having issues ..   A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY  and it has NO EMAIL for its CUSTOMERS (  US  being there THEIR assets) to EMAIL .

Instead of screaming at us, try logging out of eBay, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in again.

SEEMS EBAY CANNOT EVEN FIGURE OUT WHAT THEIR OWN SYSTEM IS DOING .. and they want all of us to TRUST them with OUR INVENTORY   WOWWWWWWWWWWW REALLY EBAY ?????

I've been listing everyday for the past week with no issues.

I suggest you clear your browser history and cookies. Or try a different browser. 
By the way eBay isn't here to read or respond to your post. This forum is a discussion board for buyers and sellers.

I have been a seller on ebay since 1997   AND TRUST ME I have done that along with about 10 other things.. and it allows sellers to MAYBE list ONE new listing   and then "OOOOPS  SO SORRY , our listing tool is down.. 

 I have sold OVER  1.3 MILLION dollars in inventory over the past 8 years so I do believe I have a WORKING understanding on HOW  to LIST... my point was and still is .. THAT this is just a place for "sellers" to complain to each other BECAUSE ebay TECH's . do NOT ever read these,   thus the reason they  keep posting  "NO ISSUES REPORTED AS OF  2/15/2025"

Are you using a phone?  I have been listing all week and haven't had any interruptions with the listing form.  I'm using a desktop.

same here unable to list since Sunday night most people's biggest night. Also noticed my watchlist has been displaying font from like many years ago as if they had to fall back to an earlier version or something to make it work at all.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Try using a different network connection.

 

Or try using the eBay app to list.

 

Some others are also experiencing this issue, but not everyone is.
