The description in the auction does not denote the fact that the screen protector is a SEPARATE item. The item I received is not what I was bidding on. Please accept the return. Thank you.
Sold a case for a iphone 6 on feb 23 to this one person and this is what he wrote today april 1st. What should I do a month has passed and More than likely the case will arrive unsellable. I do have the option to cancel the return.

Given that the buyer still has remedies available to explore (such as through Paypal or credit card) can we look at the original complaint?
Is the buyer saying that the listing displayed a screen protector that turned out not to be included with the item but is/was offered in a separate listing?
Is this what happened?
There was a listing for a case (that the buyer purchased)
The listing showed a screen protector but was not included with the case.
If the buyer wanted a case, it was either sold separately or not at all by this seller.
If so, then the buyer may win if he goes to Paypal or his credit card.
If not, then not.

Actually no. Because an item that is as described does not fall under the MBG... but ebay has a nasty habit of not knowing or following their own policies.
Or caring when buyers violate them.
Ebay is not going to get into a he said, she said situation. They never have. And the changes to the return system in October of last year made things even harder for sellers. If your buyer files a SNAD for any reason, right or wrong, Ebay is going to expect you to process the return for refund.

Yes, which against their own policy.
Most of what you posted is not mutually exclusive of what I posted.
...and ebay most certainly would defend a he said, she said policy and did so frequently until their new ill conceived policy of not following policy became the norm.
