@richard1rst lol- that is a funny observation but true.  Years go by but the same issues plague ebay- lack of communication, glitchy web site, decreasing sales, increasing fees with less value and decreasing service, wonky ideas and sight changes that everyone hates.  Its almost as if they dont listen to their customers and just do whatever they want just for the sake of change- even though it has not improved anything lol.

Years go by and a new group of sellers who think they can make money on Ebay without learning about the site, their merchandise, or how to do business appear. They know nothing about the products they sell, nothing about the law (other than how to break it), and nothing about buyers or the US market.

Whether Ebay changes or not, these sellers will have no clue as to how it works or they must behave.
