Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee

I have listed a piece of fine jewelry which meets eligibility criteria for Authenticity Guarantee.  The blue AG emblem did not appear in my listing as it did for other sellers listing the same item.  What-if anything-should I be doing to add AG? Thank you!

Re: Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee

I think it’s because the main stone is amethyst. Thanks again!

That was my first thought but also the following one which makes no sense. You have a brand name (MAZ) which is not in the list of accepted brands but the irony is if it was NOT branded it would be OK.

  • From one of the following brands (Cartier, Tiffany & Co, David Yurman, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, Roberto Coin, LeVian, John Hardy, Judith Ripka, Hearts on Fire, Tacori, Chopard, Chanel, Pomellato, Scott Kay, Verragio, or Simon G.) or unbranded (no attributable designer, brand, or logo)

Re: Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee

I am going to guess that it is the MAZ 14Kt Yellow Gold & Cabochon Amethyst Natural Shell Earrings. You should not have to do anything provided you have the item listed in the correct category. Everything after that should be automatic if it meets the authentication criteria. You may want to review the following from what I am seeing your item may not meet a couple of the criteria even if it is in the correct category.

Re: Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee

Thank you so much.  I’d like to learn what you think the questionable items are if you have time.  I want to change the sizing to metric for starters. I appreciate your help!

Re: Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee

Yes that is really odd.  There are brands in the list I’ve never heard of.  I’ll contact customer service anyway because I think it’s hurting the possibility of sale.  I appreciate your help!
