Items not showing up in store..Why??

Anyone else having problems with all of their items not showing up in there store? I have a total of 658 items listed but only 137 are showing and all items have been listed for more then a month now.

This is a total waste of money in my opinion if people cannot see all the items you have for sale.

Please help i usually have sales more then i have been?

I see 187 listings in your store. It looks like the listings in the 'everything else' category are not showing in your store. It seems to me that someone else was having a similar problem.

@Anonymous   Has there been an issue with adult listings show being seen in sellers stores and is it been looked into?

I found one thread about similar problems. There are probably more.

I told you wrong. Sorry about that.  I see 658 items in your active listing page and only 187 in your store.

The reason is you have a lot of adult only requires verification listings.  eBay is not going to show those items to the general public in your store which is searchable on eBay and external search engines as well.  Each listing needs to go through the verification process to view anything including the gallery picture

Hi @acraigjr76! I've looked into this and see that this issue (adult only items not appearing in Store search) was reported to our techs recently. I've added your user ID to their report. Thank's for letting us know about this!

I understand that but they are not showing up in my store on my account. Ebay is looking into it because they should be there.

Been over a week and problem still not fixed. 

Any idea how long it will take to fix? My sales have dropped off.

From last October. I leave it to you to do the math to calculate how long it will take to get fixed

Thanks. Looks like i am taking my business some place else then. I will create my own store. Probably cheaper anyway. Thanks again for that reply.

Sorry to hear that.

Not sure if this is a policy move by eBay (completely opaque and non-transparent which is SOP) to discourage adult items instead of just cowboying up and saying "We want to make eBay 100% family friendly", or if it's another bug they can't fix (because they hired the lowest outsourced bidder to program the new store formats,  laid off the only coder in house who knew what was going on, or laid off most of the coders and this bug is number 3742 on the todo list.

If selling adult related items, and they aren't appearing in your store, there is no workaround and it is a waste of store subscription money if your items are invisible. Unfortunate.

My guess is when the average person searching a DVD and visits your store they do not want to see your nasty stuff you have listed so Ebay only show the other items.

I just looked and see you have 644 items listed.  I won't click any of the links, but they're there.

I had not looked at the posters listings, just dropped the reference links to the other threads on the issue.

Now that I've looked....

I see 643 results in search. 170 of them are non-adult DVD's mis-categorized in the
Consumer Electronics>TV, Video & Home Audio>TV & Video>DVD & Blu-ray Players
category where they definitely do not belong.

The remainder of the 643 results are adult verification required items and I didn't bother since there's no point.

I see only the 170 regular DVD's in the store (and they are also in incorrect store categories).

The issue isn't a total hiding of adult items, only hiding them from appearing in the store. Same as in the other referenced threads. eBay says they are (now?) aware here, and in those threads almost 3 months ago.
