Hello,
My buyer said me that he has not received items and opened case.
I bought this item from amazon and shipped. Tracking company is amazon and this tracking number could not scan by ebay. I've checked the details and see that the item was delivered and signed by receiver. What can I do? Seller said me that he want this items, but items are expensive $300+ and I can not buy again.

Don't dropship.

Don't use carriers that don't offer on-line viewable tracking.

Since you did, you have no choice but to refund in full.

when you say can't see tracking/delivery on ebay, what do you mean?..........that it's on your amazon account and they can't get into that?

This items shipped by AMZL US , which can not scan ebay and if you send this tracking number buyer he would not show eny information, because this information show only from amazon account.
My problem is that : I sent items , amazon said me that items delivered and signed by receiver, but buyer said me that he has not recieved items.

You have failed to meet one of the requirements of the seller protecton policy, because your buyer, eBay and PayPal cannot see the online tracking. AMZL tracking can only be viewed by the holder of the account that sent the package.

Yes, exactly. Amazon has its own delivery network, which operates separately from USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. This uses its own internal tracking system, which cannot be shared.

For instance, if I purchase a gift on Amazon for my daughter and if it's shipped via AMZL rather than USPS or UPS, there is no way for me to share the tracking information with her (other than giving her my Amazon login information). And the OP on this thread has no way to share the tracking information for his dropshipped package.

For ebay, it has to be online viewable tracking that they can access, they wont accept screenshots of Amazon tracking, and they cant access Amazon tracking since the only way to see it is for them to have access to the OPs Amazon account

This is why dropshipping with Amazon is a bad idea
