You can not see in a buyers shopping cart. The buyer would need to commit to buy first then you can see under your awaiting payment folder what is there.
Since you are communicating with your buyer they can just tell you and if you agree on a transaction purchase you can adjust whatever you need to before they buy or put all items requested in the agreed upon deal into one listing and the buyer can buy the one listing.
