I recently enrolled into the entry level store subscription, which is 250 listings per month. After enrolling I did notice my listing count go back up to 250. I then listed a new item and it dropped down to 249. Next I do have some items that are renewing today but after the first item renewed it didn't use a listing, my remaining listing for this month stayed at 249.
My question is when a item renews does it use a listing with a store subscription?
Thank you for any help as I am new to store subscriptions.

The answer if Yes it uses one of your available free listings, there could be a slight lag before it shows up in the listings used count.

It would help if eBay would use more precise terminology.
A starter store subscription provides 250 "no-fee insertions or renewals" per month.

To my knowledge, this is not a store issue. All fixed price listings auto-renew unless they are sold or cancelled.

Looks like you've had around 290 listings this month, so you'll probably be hit with at least 30 insertion fee's.
Yes, each time it renews, it uses a listing.

what is an Entry Level Store Subscription?

Since they have 250 free insertions, they must have a "Starter" store.
@patsflipsltx The 250 free insertions that you get with your current store subscription work exactly the same as the 250 free insertions that you got before you had a store. Each new listing, and each monthly rollover, will use up one of those free insertions. Any discrepancy in the count is probably, as noted above, due to a delay in tallying rather than to some sort of mis-count.

Yes, it does. If you sell something, you don't get to add another in is place for the month if they have all been used before that sale.
If you need more listings with no insertion fees, you should consider getting another selling ID. You will get the usual 250 yet again unless the "perks" for paying for a store subscription whether you sell anything or not are to your advantage.
