I sold a laptop here and the buyer opened item not received case this evening

9405508105464502854407

Respond to the case and paste the tracking number into the dispute.
In the notes section, say "according to USPS, tracking number 9405508105464502854407 was picked up at a postal facility at 8:56 am on September 7, 2024 in MIAMI, FL 33182."
Ebay will eventually close the case in your favor.
I see that you sold it for $700. With shipping and sales tax, was the buyer's payment $750 or more? If so, you needed signature confirmation for seller protection. You may have a problem if it was $750+ and you didn't have s.c.

It was Lenovo laptop I sold for for $149 in total

it was delivered on the 7th. Respond with the tracking information.

Then you will win the case as long as you respond with tracking showing delivery. (I thought it might be the other computer you'd sold.)

@folbab-93 You have received great advice. I would just add two things.
Don't send the buyer ANY emails. Just leave them alone. But if they contact you, of course you should answer, but make sure you answer from within the claim so that everything is on record for the Case. There is a spot you can click on to send the buyer a message.

Below is a link to the Money Back Guarantee policy. It covers all pertinent data on Item Not Received and Not As Described cases.
Good luck. This should be a slam dunk for you.
