The buyer left a negative feedback after contacting me through eBay messages that they did not receive item. The tracking shows delivered. The customer did not open a item not received case, but left negative feedback anyway. This is an international order.
May be a mistake on my part, I did try to request feedback revision with the customer, showing the tracking numbers. The ebay hub got it, and that they sent it through DHL and that it was delivered. I have never had this happen to me as a seller.

You can call ebay with the order number and tracking number. They will remove the feedbsck in a case like this.

I see no negative feedback. It must have been removed by ebay which is what they do with EIS international orders.
