Item Specifics not working

Hi, my name is Donnie and i been selling on eBay for over 10 years. Im gonna try to make this as short as possible.

I use to sell alot of product a few years ago and noticed a huge decline in sales. I used the item specifics column everytime I posted because it helps witb SEO. If a person types that word word in and its related to your item, your item most likely comes up ( tested this mamy of times). I noticed tgis wasnt working anymore BUT was working fpr ALL  of my competitor's, i called ebay countless times and they have no clue what im even talking about. One Customer Service rep did finally understand me and said there is a problem with my acct clearly but she doesn't know how to fix it. 

Anyone else know how to fix this issue?

Can you give a specific example of a search that you use that doesn't bring up your item.

Some people do search by item number, you should add those in to the title if possible and item specifics.

I just searched for one of your items by the UPC, which is in the item specifics but not the title, and it worked exactly as expected. Your item was the first in the list of search results.

However, your item is the only one in Mixed Tool Sets, which is the wrong category for an impact wrench.
