Issue with eBay standard stamp

I had a buyer panicking and contacted me in regards to a card that she didn’t receive but the tracking says it was delivered. I do believe her once I looked at the tracking cause it was the wrong state. Anyone else come across this before? I know eBay standard stamp isn’t the most reliable but it’s a decent, cheap option.
