I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding an ongoing issue with my Payoneer account verification.
In a previous communication, your team confirmed that my Payoneer account was approved and verified. I also provided the required details and screenshots as requested to update the status on eBay. However, today, I received an email from eBay Support stating that my Payoneer account is not verified due to business detail issues.
To resolve this, I previously contacted Payoneer Support, and they confirmed that all necessary documents are approved, and no additional documentation is required.
Could you please review this matter again and let me know what further steps, if any, are needed on my end? I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue as it is causing delays.
