Is this a glitch?

Received an e-mail that an item sold. Item also shows up as "to be shipped" on my eBay account and in my Stamps program. But when I went to PayPal and clicked on the transaction, first it said "page cannot be loaded" a couple of times, then finally a page comes up that just says "that page does not exist". Every other transaction I click comes up except for this one. What's going on? It's a US address and a buyer with over 200 FB. I will ship it tomorrow, but this is the first time I've seen something like this

Same issue on 1 ebay purchase not showing in Paypal only as paypal payment made on the Ebay side .

I believe its a glitch. There was another thread about it, sellers stated it self-remedied. If the monies are showing in your account total I wouldn't worry about it.

no clue, and i sympathize as i am experiencing something similar......buyers order shows as 'paid' in ebay but not showing in Paypal so I have to call Paypal and see whats up.

i don't have her payment so I am not shipping.  (I just spent close to 2 hours going over everything) and I definitely have not received payment despite what Ebays side says.

Depending on what Paypal tells me I may just cancel the entire order and ask her to re-order.

I think it might be a PayPal problem today I made a couple purchases on the mercari app, and they are not showing on my PayPal summary of transactions...

PayPal is having issues. Website is slow and some transactions are not visible.

I printed an eBay shipping label yesterday at 3:24pm. Immediately received the eBay "You printed a shipping label" email, but not the usual associate PayPal shipping label payment email.

I had my PayPal summary open as printing the sale transaction details and the shipping label payment details are part of my order processing flow, but the payment for the eBay label wouldn't show up - even though the PP balance showed that it had been deducted. Tried on and off for hours refreshing both the PP business view and the default summary view - no transaction.

Finally got the PayPal email for that label payment at 12:56am (over 8 hours after the payment). However, when I check the PayPal Business summary view (https://www.paypal.com/listing/transactions) the transaction is still missing. When I look at the classic view (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_choose-transaction) it is there now.

(the transaction is also still missing from the default new "fingerpaint mobile friendly" summary view)

This has happened a couple of other times recently. PayPal is having problems.

One technical note:
I hate the transaction details view that the classic PP summary page now links to (same as the "fingerpaint" version), and prefer the Business view of the the transaction details for archiving. But as I said, the transaction is MIA in the business view.

Turns out you can transplant the PP transaction number from the classic view to the business view of the transaction details, by grabbing it from one URL, from an email, or from the undesired details page, and pasting into the other URL. An example:
https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transactions/details/[17digitPPTransactionNumber]
becomes
https://www.paypal.com/activity/payment/[17digitPPTransactionNumber]
which is my preferred PayPal transaction details page.
