I'm wondering if it's possible to get my own feedback or ratings to show on a product listing. I know that product ratings can show on listings if it's a mass-market item that's catalogued. Mine aren't.
I sell handmade items. I have a steady stock of the same items all the time, so I have a lot of ratings and reviews for them. It just seems like this would be a great feature if it's possible. I've had many buyers ask to see my feedback for a specific item, and I've had to ask them to search my feedback. That seems like a clunky and not very user-friendly strategy.
I've sold on eBay for several years, but this is something I've never seen as an option. If the option is there, I don't know where to find it. Thanks for any help!
