I no longer see a viable way to contact eBay for a question that doesnt fit any of their stupid boilerplate categories. Is there no way to speak to a human being anymore? Seems like eBay is giving the middle finger to anyone who needs to talk to them.

Yes, eBay is making it harder to reach Seller Services. EBay is expecting sellers to be able to function at a workable level without the hand-holding they used to provide.
Amazon has been like this for several years. As always, eBay is trying to follow in Amazon's footsteps.

You have to work through the help pages and find the "call me" link at the bottom and no it is not always easy to find. Then they call you ( sometimes a couple of minutes; sometimes never) and read the standard responses off their screen and are unlikely to be of much help.

I have never used it (I do not have a facebook account), but from many other posts the best way to actually get help is via their facebook page.

Make sure you're not blocking unknown or spam calls.

I've been selling on eBay for 22 years and never had an issue talking to C/S. I noticed what has changed is eBay's menu system after you select Help & Contact. About a year ago eBay had a direct link to have a C/S rep call a user after selecting Help & Contact. Now, eBay has the users go through a menu system to presumably answer their questions or send them to the right department. I think their menu system needs work but what you want to do is access the "chat mode" somehow after you click the various sub-menus. Once you get in the "chat mode" there will be an opportunity to have an eBay C/S rep call you directly. It's a hassle but it works. Good luck!
