I have an international buyer asking why I no longer ship to their country. When I went to look at the listing it looks like eBay added a bunch of countries to my shipping exclusions.
Did eBay do this because of the pandemic? What do I tell buyers in countries that eBay blocked?
My shipping company seems to say they can still ship to those countries.
Thanks, it does mention they have blocked some countries but my sources say the country in question is accepting mail yet it's blocked by eBay, is there any way to override them or will they be updated?
Same here. Multiple time repeat buyer asking me why he can't buy to Israel now. Shipping to Israel was suspended for a short time but a few weeks back that suspension was lifted so ebay really needs to keep better updates on this. I was wondering why I wasn't getting any sales to Israel because I usually get them all the time...
anyone have an answer to this yet? USPS website says Israel has resumed normal operations as of June 3rd. It is now June 8th and eBay still has Israel blocked. Anyone figure out how to unblock Israel?

But is there a way to ship it to them? Unless the problem has just been solved I believe the USPS is sending mail by boat (i.e. 6 weeks delivery) and only to limited countries. Or is there some other option?

I believe that numerous countries have restricted both incoming & outgoing package services and eBay is adding those countries to the excluded countries on shipping pages. Also one might want to reconsider offering international shipping owing to the reduced number of flights causing huge delays and sellers losing INR disputes because of them.
