There is no such thing as "a VERO item". 

Anyone who own intellectual property can report any violation of their IP rights through the VERO program. 

The vast majority of brands use VERO responsibly. If Sandisk uses the VERO program to report counterfeit items, you should have no concerns about listing your items if they are genuine.

I see a lot of sellers doing this but I always refrain from using terms such as "genuine" in the title or description.  Just passing this on, I doubt it makes a difference to the buyer but certain verobots might pick up on it?

Only a majority of brands use it VERO responsible, not a "vast" majority.  Many of us have had listings taken down by false claims of an item being counterfeit by a brand.  Corporate Ahmerica is entering the used goods and resale markets and are using VERO to attempt to skirt the "first sale" doctrine.
