Hi, if you are trying to reach eBay corporate, afraid this site is just fellow buyers and sellers helping each other. No customer service reps monitor the forums. But if you are reaching out to the community, this is the place.
Ebay does have conditions regarding the sale of digital content. Below is a link to that policy. Good luck to you and hope you are able to achieve your goals on eBay.

I would imagine it's against the terms of the IPTV companies to sell their stuff, not to mention the whole streaming piracy thing that's just a wee bit illegal since you don't have permission of the companies that are being broadcast.

In other words, read through the "restricted" section on the link above, and you will notice the following language: "Seller must provide verification of ... authorization to legally offer and sell the digitally delivered goods on the eBay platform."
I doubt you have that. It seems that every IPTV subscription I've seen looks to be pirated or stolen.

Hi again, was just looking at your current listings and noticed some policy violations in regards to both your digitally delivered goods, and your listing format. The link in my first post directs you to the policy governing what is allowed when delivering digital content. Recommend you update your listings as soon as possible to bring them into compliance. Ebay can and will remove listings, and suspend sellers, when these rules are flouted so it is critically important to know them.
eBay considers any content that can be downloaded via a website or received via email as a "digital good." In order to sell digital goods on eBay, you must list digital items under the Information Products header in the "Everything Else" category.
I see you are in Morocco but your item location is given as the "United States, United States". When you revise your listings, be sure to name a specific and accurate geographical location as well.
When advising loved ones on how to sell on eBay, I recommend they learn the rules of the platform before listing anything for sale. My concern is that fatal mistakes can be made by inexperienced sellers in the early stages of understanding how eBay works. Such mistakes can ruin a seller's standing with eBay. Please review the link in my earlier post so you don't run afoul of eBay's policies. Below i've included additional links to the User Agreement and the Money Back Guarantee to help you get started. Good luck in your efforts.

Your listing must also be in a classified ad format.
That's the way it used to be, but eBay changed their policies on digital goods earlier this year ... the new policy is here: click
Every day something changes ... it is hard to keep up. 🙂

Ack!! Thank you @orangehound for catching that and for posting the link! My apologies to the community for getting it wrong.

Actually, an ebay rep stated the part about the listing being listed in the classified section was accidentally removed and they were going to fix that to add it back in. That was a month ago..... And still has not been fixed.
