Invitation to join the Seller Help program???

Has anyone received an invite and/or entered the "Seller Help" program?  I received an invite message but wanted to ask about it before I clicked anything in the message (for fear of getting dumped in to Managed Payments prematurely to be honest LOL!)

Or maybe auto-enrolled in Global Shipping AND Webinterpret simultaneously, which, BTW, just for fun, are completely incompatible.

List more, sell more. Goodwill that other, uh, stuff.

Feeling sleepy? There's an app for that.

How was the program explained to you?

I asked about it a couple months ago. I had forgotten about it until you mentioned it.

There must be some more encouraging way to describe it than that. It would be like hanging around the hospital Emergency Room every day.

The one that caught my eye was the "request feedback removal" note ...

https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp

It's just an area where all the returns, refunds, etc are located. As far as I know anyone can use it.

This is the request assistance area:

One thing I've remembered since being taught - the hard way - early on in life - 'Never Volunteer!'

It will seldom be what it seems.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous

Re: Invitation to join the Seller Help program???

It's not something one needs to be invited to use. It's simply there. I've been directed to the page when I've entered a seller related question under 'Help & Contact'. Never received any invite in order to use it. I believe it was implemented to cut back on CS phone calls from sellers.
