I just went to search my inventory for a specific item. When I clicked on "Listings" "Inventory", I got a pop-up saying "Welcom to the new inventory experience". I clicked the "Got It" button, and there was a message on my inventory page saying, "You don't have any products", and my inventory page is blank. Not one item in my inventory! (BTW, I have-or had-over 1100 products in my store.) So I'm guessing that if eBay's system shows me with no products, buyers aren't seeing my products either! Fix it, please, eBay!
