It looks like eBay is finally ready to release the Listing Quality Report to more sellers.

I was a bit disappointed to see that variation listings are still not included when @Anonymous  had previously said that would be in the improvements they had on the "road map" for January-March.  @mcdougle4248 

Now that's it's been released into the wild - I'd love to hear from more sellers what they think of the newest version of this report!

Not on the summary page either.  I think we're going to have to check with ebay.  We appreciate your input.  Have never really used these discussion forums before but it's very beneficial to have access to other sellers to discuss issues with.  Thanks!

Yes; we're a US seller with a basic store subscription and seller pro add on.  Above standard seller level.  Maybe your contact, Tyler, will be able to shed some light on why we've been left out.   Thanks for your assistance!
