International glitch? Default settings changed.

Heads up...I got home from taking Mom shopping and found out I'm now an international book dealer.

That's fine. (I hope).  It actually sounds like a really good deal.

But then I found out  my default "30 day refund/seller pays" had been switched to "14 day/buyer pay". Not cool.

But I caught it and only had to edit six listings (and re-do my original default setting).

Just now I caught my payment default had also been changed to "ebay payment-immediate payment"....I have to go back and edit 30 of those (changing the default back to "ebay payment" didn't change the ones I'd created with the changed default).

And I have to do those individually, because Tech Guru I am not.

Don't be me....when they switch you to Ebay International check every line of your new listings.

Most sellers are likely in the EIS now, yours is the first seller I've seen with these problems happening.  I don't think they are related to EIS, well at least some of them aren't.  You might want to call Ebay and find out what happened.

Your return policy nor your listings now requiring immediate payment should have been anything messed with my EIS.

Good news is you can change them back using the Bulk Editor quite easily.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.
