HI, I have been using Ebay international shipping and it has been great.
My last transaction though really baffled me though.
I listed an item with a box length of I think 29 inches. Clearly put in my post and shipping dimensions.
When the buyer from Great Brittan bought it and I went to ship it, it said length exceeds 27 inches (or whatever dimension it was for ebay international shipping). I then had to ship internationally on my own. Why did they even let him pick Ebay shipping as an option when my package dimensions were pre stated?
It cost me another like 40 bucks I think to ship myself. Of course the hassle of the paperwork also.
Will they fix this in your new release?
Thank you,
Paul

OK - Im not an expert but it looks to me like you have both EIS and seller ships internationally.
The buyer could not have this sent EIS if the box size was in the package size in the shipping area.
Once a Buyer picks EIS you cannot ship it any other way.
I think you need to go in and remove the option for you to ship internationally, but leave the EIS.
I could be incorrect but this is what it looks like to me.

There are a couple of size limits with EIS, which is one of the down sides to the program, but it looks like the length is/was not an issue. The max for EIS is 48 inches in length, 118 inches in length + girth (Girth = 2 x width + 2 x height) and a max weight of 44 pounds except for Canada which is 66 pounds.
If you are within the limits you should contact eBay or EIS and report it as a technical issue.
