Same thoughts here and here's me thinking it was an error at my end after several hours of trying to fix my end, it appears it's been like this all day.

I received the same message using Inkfrog to relist an item even -- can't update existing listing with additional photos nor anything new. It has been like this for over 2 hours PST!! Hopefully they fix it soon and it has been confirmed it is on Ebay's End!!

There are many ways to charge us. A charge for every computer you use, a charge for the air that you breathe or the food/drinks you consume while listing an item, a charge for taking too much time to list an item...............endless possibilities.....
