I need info on how to close my eBay store. After over 15 years of selling, I'm tired of the high fees & want to go on to something else. I need your help please. Is there a website that will give me this info.?

Where would you find what info? The first 3 responses to your post included instructions on how to end your store subscription, and at least two later posts explained more about the process and the potential penalty fee. That fee is just a fraction of the monthly subscription cost and therefore it's worth paying if you don't plan to use the store any more.

However, I don't want to close my account because my feedback will disappear, correct? I don't want that because I do plan to continue buying on eBay.
Yes, if you plan to use eBay at all you can keep your account active.
Closing the store is just stops the monthly store fee.

No your feedback does not disappear.
But keep in mind that you can't close your account. You REQUEST your account to be closed. Because you are a seller it can take Ebay a couple months to get that done because sufficient time has to be allowed for any buyer that may have an issue with a purchase.
Also, if you close your account, you can't purchase using this account on Ebay, it will be closed.

However, I'm making so little on eBay that I had a change of heart. I will no longer shop for things to sell & donate things from home to 2nd hand stores to help other people.
You likely never needed a store for selling in the first place.
I didn't see your listings or how many listings you normally run before you closed them all. So IDK what might have been advice to give you so you might sell more.
