Inability to send Item

I am a new seller.  My first sale was a success.  Unfortunately these days the postal service in my country has been abruptly suspended in some countries.  So I can not send the product to the buyer these days.  But the buyer paid for my item.  What should I do? Please help.😔

It's a good idea to find out what is permitted to sell and what is not permitted to sell in other countries.  Lots of prohibited items coming out of Sri Lanka that are being stopped at customs.  All I can say is contact the buyer, explain your situation, cancel the sale, refund their money and move on.  Sorry this was your experience.

Check with your postal system and make a list of countries they are not sending to at this time, then add those countries to your shipping exclusions.
