If you are using a fixed price in your listing, yes, you can change the photo. I do it all the time if I notice later that it's not as good as it should be or a bit blurry. If you're running auctions and you have bids you cannot.

Just remember that every time you revise your item it has to index again and can't be seen. You lose time with it being seen, especially important if it's an auction.

When you do, make sure you lower the brightness.
On the first item, move away from the window as that backlight does nothing to make your image POP
The other I would shoot on a neutral tone background rather than white and again drop the brightness
