My images are disappearing (in my object description, not in the regular 12 slots to upload pictures), i've read some other discussions about it and some say that the problem is solved. I relisted a few listings yesterday and reuploaded the pictures in my HTML -editor, so in the object description. But they are still disappearing.. Does anyone know why this happens? And how to resolve this?

So far, ebay apparently has not been able to recover the photos lost when GTC listings rolled over a wk ago. Last word is that we will be notified by Blues when they know something new......... There has been NO >>>>we think we can, we think we can't<<<<<<<<< from them.....

We're getting more and more questions about this and the Tech board is full of NO view questions.......

I thought your pinned topic on the last problem worked well to give reassurance to people that ebay knew and was working on the problem....

What about trying it again with these 2 problems....... would save alot of angst, I think...

Hi @dhbookds,

Our team is looking into options to have a space to provide updates on technical issues. I agree that the posts about the tracking issue were well received, so I would like to continue doing similar for issues that have a large seller impact.

- The issue with zero views. That is scheduled to be resolved this week

- The issue with photos missing, we are waiting for an update on this, we'll share that when it's available.

Yeah, this appears to be a big issue. We just QA'd 1000 of our listings this morning and 20% of the 1000 were either missing all images, or missing 1 or more images. Have to do some additional research, hopefully eBay is well aware of the issue.
