Identify brand?

Hello! I can’t seem to be able to identify this tag. I looked up the RN on the database but it only says it’s regjstered under clothing, inc. The tag reminds me of Anthro or Francesca’s but it doesn’t match their RNs and I’ve searched through all their brands logos and I can’t find anything similar. Does anyone have any idea of what brand this is? Thank you in advance!
