Is there a way that I can get a list of only the titles of my inventory to start a spreadsheet with info that i find helpful. I seem to lose many items because i can't find them.

hi, this was the exact same problem I had years ago.
I think the following my work for you.
Export your listings into a csv file. I think you can select item specifics or details you want to include in your downloaded csv file.
import the csv file into an exce spreadsheet.
each row should be a item listing.
create a column for location,, and there you can input where you have the item located.
I'm sure there are other ways to do what you are wanting. My suggestion is just one option.
hope this helps.

FWIW.
You can put your Active Listings into alphanumeric order by clicking on the Title row.
Look over to the left .
You can either Print or Download those listings.
You get a LOT of pages if you print them, but they can be handy as you do stocktaking, if only to add notes.
You may need to start filing your products better.
I'm able to use the Scott Standard Catalog of Postage Stamps, so this has never been a huge problem.
Books I keep on bookshelves by author.
And sewing patterns in banker boxes by publisher then by number.
Your Store has subcategories, so shelving your products (most bulkier than mine) by those categories would be a start.
Then possibly use some of your 82 free title keystrokes to put an inventory number on each item
EG a shelf of Wilton cake pans/ numbered by date of acquisition/ if you bought a bunch on the same day add an letter code - Wilton /5/11/23//A and Wilton/5/11/23 B etc. If you have three of Wilton /5/11/23//A then one has Wilton /5/11/23//A -1. The next , Wilton /5/11/23//A -2, etc. Tape the number on each pan or it's box.
