This seller (OP) was suspended for 3rd party drop shipping, which is not allowed on eBay.  They have no idea if the items were received or not because they themselves didn't ship the items. The risk you take with drop shipping. Hope it works out better for you since you are probably doing the same thing.  All these suspensions seem to be coming out of the middle east as well.  All the best.

That has nothing to do with this situation. eBay is blocking bad sellers who don't follow the rules.  That's what happened to the person who posted this thread.  I hope they continue to block more bad sellers who give good sellers a bad name.

Well its not. 

Even if you win the case you still get that case counted on your INR. And eBay restricts your account down the line.

Moral of the story. As always - For the past 10 yeears, eBay are only degrading.

You were drop shipping from Amazon, which is 3rd party drop shipping and not allowed. It states it in your feedback more than once.  That is why you account is suspended.  Here's a link to better advise you and being hateful on these boards with incessant cursing will only get you removed.  Please be respectful of the forum.  The advisors here didn't break the rules, you did.

That is not true I sell 10 Years, have only one shipping option and have 22 cases which people dont receive items on 3800 sales, I refunded them half half didnt pic item, and rating is INR 1,34% I an bad, I wrote to Ebay and get scandal answer, it count opened cases so, every idiot can open case and ruin bussiness. Imagine 2 sellers 1 with 10 feedbacks sold 10 items 3 lost, buyed dont open cases, and seller 3000 feedbacks, sold 300 items 5 lost or delayed because some strike in europe and all 5 people have bad day and open case, get refunded, guess who is bad seller? This is so funny, at some point Ebay will see

It simply is NOT that complicated or underhanded.

Seller ships, uploads tracking, buyer receives the item and tracking shows delivered.  Seller is then protected.  It simply is NOT complicated.

My not received cases are not for lost items, all shipped with tracking, buyer didnt pick item, closed in my favour but count in INR% that is problem

You are talking about the Service metrics.  I don't like that policy any better than anyone else.  You can monitor this easy enough.  No action is taken unless you have more than 10 of them in the past 90 days.  

Have you looked at your stats?

My INR is 0,65 . And my 10 years account was restricted.  I don't know what to do.... Support don't want to help.  Only answers like "However, this trend of item not received cases on your account could draw eBay's customers to other platforms because transactions didn't go as smoothly for the buyer as it could have."
