Promote yourself. Use social media and spread the word.

Don't you have to be 18 to sell on eBay? Yet you've been doing this for years? I see you've been an eBay member since 2014. So you started selling on eBay when you were 9 years old? Sumthin don't add up here.

Maybe they mean they've been selling here for 18 years? Makes more sense.

I would stay competitive price wise, use your social media to promote sales and just keep selling.
Good luck & Happy Selling

Not if they've only been on here for 9 years. I'm still trying to work out the math on this one.

Your "description" is a TOS and it says the same thing three times. It would be well to clean that up and actually have a description of the part(s) you're selling. Description first, then your TOS (with assurances). One can search by description.
ETA: OP says "we" later in the post - it's easy to learn this as part of a family business. I see no problems with the post and don't see it as germane to the topic, anyway.

Chances are better that someone will actually read the Item Description if you post it 3 times. It's sort of like when Dorothy clicked her heels. "I wish someone would read my descriptions anymore."

Unless it's different for ebay motors, we are not allowed to offer a return policy and then list qualifiers for accepting or declining the return. We also can't charge restocking fees. I personally would not buy after reading those terms in your listings and this may be hurting your sales.

An 18 year old who's been here 9 years has to be pretty bright as well as having been selling here illegally for quite awhile.
Wonder if he/she means they have been here 18 yrs, not that they are 18 years old.

Well, again, they've been an eBay member since 2014, so help me with that math.
