I received neutral feedback

Hello

I received neutral feedback about a box of jewelry that I sold, I started at one dollar.
I see it as unfair because I always sell similar boxes and people are very happy.
If I post a feedback review, what do you recommend I put in the complaint?

Re: I received neutral feedback

I have talked to someone about it and as long as I state they are "compatible" and not like the original coins then it's ok. I state in more than one place that they are not identical to the original coins. The owners of the toy look for replacement pieces by name so the name is still important to use.

NOT in the title. NOT in the item specifics under BRAND.

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!

Do you think you're on Tik Tok or something?  Do you realize anyone reading your posts can prove to you quite easily if you're violating a policy?  Not a good idea to tempt fate with wise cracks.

Re: I received neutral feedback

It wasn't a wise crack, it was an honest question. She sounded angry so I asked. I am not sure where the aggression is coming from. I have been on the phone with Melissa and Doug to talk about their coin sizes, they do not sell replacement coins and neither does Fisher Price. There are a lot of sellers that sell replacement toys coins/pieces/parts and those old toys don't end up in landfills. One guy sells home made FP with the original Logo and he does just fine, another sells them using acrylic. Live and let live.
