It is never a good idea to open a store before you can use all the extras that having a store offers.
ALL new sellers have limits, usually 10 listings per month and that will continue for at least 90 days.
In short, you are paying for something that you cannot use -- the higher number of listings available to you.

When you signed up for a Starter store, you lost the offer for 200 free insertions per month; that is for sellers who do not have a store subscription. You only get the 250 free insertions.
With a listing limit of 10 items, you will only be able to list 10 items. Signing up for a Store has no effect on your listing limits.

Opening a store doesn’t override your new seller limits. You’re just paying for something you can’t use. You’re considered a new seller until ALL of the following are met:
1). At least 90 days since your first sale
2). At least 25 successful sales
3). At least $250 in sales
Additionally, you must have no negative or neutral feedback and no policy violations during that time.
After those requirements are met, you can request higher limits, but they’re not going to move you from 10 up to 250 at once, so it’ll probably still be awhile before you can use the benefits you get from having a store. If you didn’t sign up for a yearly store subscription, and are paying month to month, you should cancel the store for now.

they told me that they can increase limits for 1 month , ok can you tell me how to cancel store?

Those criteria are detailed in the Help page regarding payment holds, and when a new seller can expect to be released from having their funds held. I have been unable to find a page where those same criteria are used to determine eligibility for an increase in listing limits. Do you have a link? Thanks.

Go to your store, click on Manage My Store in the upper right corner, then click on Manage Subscritions at the bottom of the column on the left, then near the top of that page is a link that says Cancel Subscription.

@nobody*s_perfect When they updated the help pages to the new format eBay removed the references to the 25 $250 90 days on the selling limits help page.
I was one of the team members that helped to give feedback on the pages before they went live and we tried to get them to add that back.
Ebay said that because some new sellers do have higher limits it no longer applied. 😞
We did get some things changed and caught errors because they basically copied another countries help pages that were already transitioned.
The OP is on the lower allowed limits since they have the 10 items limit

Looks like the items you've sold have been removed, so getting an increase is probably unlikely.

Especially since the OP's feedback page indicates that is is NARU. Oops!
