I know it is disturbing, but there really isn't anything you or Ebay can do about this particular buyer. I'm sorry thing happened to you and that your buyer wasn't willing to work with you. But the FB isn't removable under the Ebay rules, so you are just going to have to live with it until it drops off next year. Sorry!

As a buyer, I'd probably overlook that one negative comment from an unhappy buyer.
I'd be more interested in the two feedback comments from a buyer who purchased the same items you're offering for $19.96 and up, but s/he paid only $0.99 and $1.10--and both offered with free local pickup. That buyer has only two feedback comments, and they're both from you. I would, as a buyer, find that highly unusual. Those two feedback comments and transactions would be much more concerning to me than the negative you received.

That is because there is nothing that eBay will do. Keeping the item and leaving negative feedback is one of the options that eBay offers to a buyer.
There is absolutely nothing in eBay policy that requires an unhappy seller to spend additional time and effort to return an item or to refrain from leaving feedback.
And further, eBay is not going to investigate to determine who is telling the truth or whether the feedback is accurate. The vulgar language in his message to you is against policy, but that policy does not provide for removing feedback as an outcome.
