I cannot edit, add listing

Hello

My account has some problem which I cannot edit current listing and add new listing. It says "It looks like there s a problem with this listing.Your account is currently limited due to suspicious activity.{e72244-1139141x} "

I email to Ebay CS, and here is what they answer me

"We understand that your account is restricted. After checking, only certified client manager accounts are allowed to publish high-value sneaker products on US sites. Unfortunately, there is no manual appeal process for this restriction, so sorry."

I deleted the sneaker product but the restriction still remain, can anyob ehelp me on this because ebay CS  did not response me anymore.

I see a $399 pair of women's shoes in your listings.  I have no clue why ebay doesn't want you selling here.

Removed the Women's shoes... I really have no idea...  my others products are more expensive than those shoes but never have this issue.

It looks like you are going to have to wait out the restriction. How long did eBay say your restriction was going to last for? Is this your first problem? Have there been any policy violations before?

You do still have the sneakers listed, so unlikely the restriction will be lifted but I must say I'm not real familiar with these rules on sneakers.

@mam98031 - Great question!  Some items in specific categories are subject to limits which help us maintain a vibrant online marketplace. Generally, in order to list items in these categories, the seller has to have positive selling history, though if there are concerns with past listing history, they may be blocked from listing in the category going forward. There is information on Category limits here.

Usually the seller can still listing items in other categories, but if the seller isn't able to list anything, they would want to contact customer service on the site they are listing for more information.

All sneakers deleted but still cannot edit or add new items... I try to contact ebay customer service but they did not response my email anymore.

Same here, no editing- I tried to add Free shipping -to 3 listings at once- I tried 4 times. It said there was a problem- it must be a software glitch with eBay. I tried @ 6:30AM PST , CALI-USA.

....I just tried editing 3 listings again, it said none of my listings can be BULK edited....what?...I have been doing this for years.

You are in MP now.  Did you complete your registration for MP or is there info you still owe them?  If you didn't complete the registration process, that would be why you can't edit your listings.
