If it is your first return the simplest way is just to ask buyer to open case in ebay resolution center. Then approve return and it will give an option to buy label. Returns are a hassle for everyone involved but this process makes it fast and easy.
Nobody returns an item because they are happy. Just deal with it professionally and move on.
