I am new to ebay platform as a seller and from Sri Lanka. So I want to learn about selling while learning about ebay.

Dropshipper sold the product then how to set the tracking number to send for customer??

Hello,

When you ship using eBay labels, Tracking information is sent directly to your customer.

It is also posted- linked with the sold item. Use the link to keep track of its journey to the customer.

You will need to ask your "drop shipper" for the tracking as they "shipped" it to your customer, not you, correct?

As an aside - typically, drop-shipping is not a viable online selling business plan.  ymmv

btw, it takes a big ol' bowl of freezed dried fritters to post on here that you drop-ship and need help with the tracking.
