I got enrolled to the eBay International Shipping program. What I found out though, when my item is purchased through this program, the return policy changed to 30 days return policy, even though my original listing says no return policy. Is there anyway to adjust this for the eBay International Shipping method?

No need to. Once it reaches the eBay hub, your job is done. You don't accept the return, eBay does, and you keep the sale.

And there is absolutely no charge to the seller for any of this???

As of right now, eBay is eating all fees after it has been successfully delivered at the domestic shipping hub.
Ebay hub may reject your shipment however if you send INAD as the eBay hub has an inspection process.
However once it's been accepted and gets sent to the customer, you get to keep your money, eBay will handle things from there.
For the seller there is no additional fees and it would play out like shipping to ant domestic customer.

Expanding on the answers already provided:
The EU Digital Services Act requires a minimum 14 day return window when you ship to certain countries.
Read more here:
eIS handles all of that for you. You don't have to worry about the EU DSA, any of the Germany or France packaging acts, etc.

This is pretty good deal for us seller it seems? If buyer is trying to scam us by saying product is not according to described, they need to answer to eBay. And since eBay is the one inspecting our packages, then no issue on our end.
